Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices based on current gold/silver rates plus making charges
- GST and applicable taxes added at checkout
- Price errors will be communicated; you may cancel
Orders & Payment

- Orders can be placed online or at our Keshori Village showroom
- Order confirmation sent via email or phone
- Custom orders require advance payment

All online payments processed through secure gateways. We do not store card information.
Gold Exchange Policy
We offer best gold exchange rates in Gondia District:
- Accept old gold jewellery in exchange for new purchases
- Exchange value based on current market rates and purity
- Gold tested for purity in your presence
- Exchange rates subject to daily market fluctuations
- Making charges on old jewellery are not refundable
- Original purchase invoice not required for exchange
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
7-Day Return Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase with original condition and certificates.
- Products must be in original condition with tags
- Original purchase invoice required
- Custom-made jewellery cannot be returned
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
Exchange Policy
30-Day Exchange Policy
Exchange within 30 days for equal or higher value items.
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Exchange for equal or higher value only
- Price difference paid at time of exchange
